According to the requirements of Document FGBGY [2008] No.1242 issued by National Development and Reform Commission Office of the People’s Republic of China, “Notice on Releasing the Sector Standards Plan in 2008”, State Council Decree No.471, “Regulations on Land Requisition Compensation and Resettlement for Construction of Large- and Medium-Sized Water Resources and Hydroelectric Projects”, Document GNXN [2011] No.263 issued by National Energy Administration of the People’s Republic of China, “Notice on Releasing the Acceptance Regulation for Hydroelectric Projects”, DL/T 5123, Specifications for Engineering Acceptance of Hydropower Station Capital Construction, and DL/T 5064, Specification of Resettlement Planning and Designing for Hydroelectric Project, with due consideration of the resettlement practice for hydroelectric projects, after summarization of practical experience and wide solicitation of opinions, the drafting group has prepared this specification.
